At just 11 years old, Vincent took on his first summer job, helping his father with footings. Although he excelled academically in high school, he sought a career that combined both physical labor and strategic thinking. Already well-versed in construction, he pursued business management courses at 19 to complement his carpentry ticket. By 17, he was working full-time, and by 22, he was running his own crew, managing every aspect of the business. His family continued to lead the way in construction by specializing in ICF, an emerging concrete building technology. At 28, Vincent launched his first contracting business, purchasing his father’s equipment and running operations independently. However, his passion for the west and ranching led him to make a life-changing move in 2016.
